How a Customer Request Sparked the Creation of Signature Manager for Gmail

Back in 2017, as we were just establishing our business and helping companies migrate to Google Workspace, a recurring request kept surfacing: “How can I get everyone to use the same email signature?” Admins wanted a straightforward, consistent look for their teams’ communications, but Google Workspace didn’t provide a built-in option to manage email signatures at scale in the Admin Console. Thus began our journey in building Signature Manager for Gmail.

From Listening to Action: Building a Solution

At first, we simply noted these requests and moved on. But as more companies voiced the same need, we started to see a real gap in the market. By late 2022, we realized it was time to step up and develop a tool that would meet this demand, specifically designed for our Workspace customers. So, we ventured into software development, marking our journey with the creation of Signature Manager for Gmail, learning as we went, and launched a paid version of Signature Manager for Gmail in early 2023.

Milestones Reached: Managing 300,000 Users and Landing Enterprise Clients

Fast forward to today, and our Signature Manager now supports over 300,000 users. We’ve also secured our first enterprise client with a five-figure annual contract—a milestone that validates the value organizations see in a well-designed signature management tool for Gmail.
